Please keep a copy of your orders. Information on the credit card should be the same in the shipping address box. Leave a means of communication in the order form, just in case any problems should occur. If shipping address is different from mailing address please make sure you have both shipping and your billing address are submitted.

ALL OFFERS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW: It is the responsibility of the buyer, and not the seller, to ascertain, and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to the possession, and the use of any items bought through us. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and he/she is of legal age. In placing an order you agree to the terms of this policy.

International orders: We will accept international orders only from customers with U.S. Credit cards and addresses. Because of fraudulent international orders on the Internet and the lack of adequate legal recourse. Also, we cannot ship any orders to a PO Box shipping address.

Returns: In most cases, returns should be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty, although in some cases damage or defective items will need to be returned to our supplier within 60 days of purchase. However, you need to e-mail us to inform us of any returning items and to let us know if you would like an replacement or return of payment (also a hand written note to this effect to be in with the return merchandise). Note: Refunds will be minus shipping & handling charges, allow up to 90 days for refunds. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of pepper sprays, electronic devices and/or alarms unless they are defective or sent in error. They would be considered unreliable and cannot be resold.

Note: All sales taxes outside of MN will be the sole responsibility of the customer to pay to their jurisdiction; whether state, county, city or what ever variables that may apply to the customer of their republic or domain. 

CREDIT CARDS - All credit cards must have the same address as you have put in the order form. We will also ask for the 3-digit security number on the back of the credit card as verification. You must input a phone number and an e-mail address so that we may verify the credit card holder.

Please note: Your credit card will be processed by “Alarmlock Security” and this name will show up on your credit card statement.
